Las Vegas does not have a quiet hour. Red eye arrivals land at Harry Reid International through the night, Strip venues empty out at 2am, and a convention week can triple a limo fleet’s inbound calls with no warning. Grasp Solutions provides outsourced dispatch and call answering for Las Vegas taxi, limousine, black car and delivery operators, staffed by trained people around the clock, working inside the booking system you already run.
We should be straight with you about one thing: we are not a Las Vegas company with a local storefront. Our operations center runs from Lahore, Pakistan, and our dispatchers work your Pacific time hours alongside your fleet. What that buys you is genuine overnight cover from people who are wide awake at 3am Nevada time, rather than a local dispatcher trying to stay upright through a graveyard shift.
What makes dispatch in Las Vegas different
- The night is the business – in most cities overnight is a skeleton shift. Here it is peak trade, and it needs the same quality of cover as a weekday morning.
- Convention spikes arrive on a calendar – large trade shows fill the city and every black car operator competes for the same drivers. Call volume goes up before the demand does.
- Airport timing is unforgiving – a delayed flight moves a pickup by ninety minutes and somebody has to call the passenger, the driver and the hotel.
- Hotel and concierge accounts run on trust – a concierge who cannot reach a human at midnight stops calling you and starts calling a competitor.
- Special events break normal patterns – fights, residencies and race weekends compress a week of demand into two nights.
What our dispatchers handle
- Live booking calls – answered in your company name, entered straight into your dispatch platform with pickup, drop, passenger count and flight number.
- Driver support – reassignments, no shows, vehicle problems and the calls drivers make when a passenger cannot be found outside a casino entrance.
- Airport and flight watching – pickups adjusted when arrivals move, and the passenger told before they have to ask.
- Hotel, concierge and corporate accounts – recurring bookings handled to each account’s own rules.
- Overnight and convention week cover – extra hands on the exact nights your own desk cannot absorb the volume.
People, not AI
Every call is taken by a person. A guest standing outside a hotel at 2am with a bag in each hand does not want a menu tree, and a concierge booking a run for a client does not want to spell a name to a machine. Our dispatchers learn your service area, your vehicle classes, your regular accounts and the Strip and off Strip pickup points your drivers actually use.
Coverage
Cover runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including the holiday weekends and event nights when Las Vegas is busiest and in house cover is hardest to hold. Our dispatchers are trained on United States operations, United States addressing and the way American callers expect to be spoken to. Cover can be the full clock, overnight only, weekend only, convention weeks only, or overflow behind your own dispatchers during peak hours. Special rates apply to overnight, weekend and holiday only cover.
No migration, no morning data entry
We work in your systems. Our dispatchers are used to working inside Limo Anywhere, TaxiCaller, iCabbi and other operator owned platforms, plus hosted phone queues and shared inboxes. Give us access to what you already pay for and the bookings land there directly. Your morning dispatcher opens the same screen they closed and sees the whole night’s work already entered.
What you are not signing up for
- No long term contract. Month to month, and you stop when it stops being useful.
- No platform switch. We use the dispatch software and phone system you already have.
- No minimum seat count. Cover one shift, one convention week, or the whole year.
- Special rates for overnight, weekend and holiday only cover.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Las Vegas?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Our operations center is in Lahore, Pakistan, and our dispatchers work Pacific time hours for Las Vegas fleets. Nothing about the service depends on us being physically in Nevada, because the booking platform and the phone queue are both online.
Will your dispatchers know the local pickup points?
They learn yours. Onboarding covers the resorts, terminals, rideshare and limo staging areas and residential districts your fleet works, using your own naming for them. Dispatchers who cover your account stay on your account rather than rotating between clients.
Can you cover only convention weeks?
Yes. Seasonal and event based cover is one of the most common ways Las Vegas operators start, because those are the weeks where an unanswered phone costs the most.
How quickly can cover start?
Once we have access to your dispatch platform and a written escalation list, cover can usually be live in days rather than weeks. The setup work is learning your fleet and your rules, not installing anything.

Dispatch cover in other US cities
If you run vehicles beyond Nevada, we keep the same desks and the same people on dispatch in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York and Florida. Fleets that only need the quiet hours covered usually start with after-hours answering or overflow call handling instead of a full desk.
The booking software your desk already runs on
Our dispatchers work inside the systems Las Vegas operators already use, including iCabbi, TaxiCaller, Limo Anywhere, Onfleet, Shipday and DeliverLogic. If yours is not on that list, we will learn it on your screens before we take a single live call.
