If you run a third-party delivery operation on DeliverLogic, you are not just dispatching drivers. You are fielding calls from restaurants, from customers and from drivers, often all three at once, and often at the hours when nobody wants to be on the phone. Grasp Solutions supplies trained human dispatchers who work inside your DeliverLogic account and take that traffic off your desk.

What our dispatchers do inside your DeliverLogic account

The part of a 3PD operation nobody budgets for

Signing restaurants is the fun part. Answering the phone at 10:40pm when a driver cannot find a gated complex is not. Most third-party delivery operators discover that the real constraint on growth is not drivers or restaurants, it is the number of hours the owner can personally stay on the phone.

Outsourcing the console and the phone line removes that ceiling without adding a payroll problem.

People, not AI

Every call is answered by a person. No voice bots, no synthetic agents, no menu tree between a restaurant manager and a solution. Restaurant partners judge you on how the phone gets answered, and a bot answering for you is a reason to leave.

Coverage

All four continental US time zones, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, holidays included. Our operations center runs from Lahore, Pakistan, and our dispatchers are trained on US delivery operations, US addressing and US customer expectations. Take the whole clock, or only the shifts you cannot staff. Special rates apply to overnight-only and weekend-only cover.

No migration, no morning data entry

You keep DeliverLogic. We log in under our own named accounts at the permission level you choose. Orders, notes, driver assignments and exception records are already in your system when you open it, so there is nothing to re-key and nothing to reconcile.

Frequently asked questions

Will our restaurant partners know the calls are outsourced?

Only if you want them to. We answer in your company name, using your greeting and your escalation rules. As far as a restaurant manager is concerned, they are talking to your dispatch desk, because functionally they are.

Can you handle refunds and credits?

We can handle them up to whatever limit and criteria you set, and escalate anything above it. Most operators give us a clear band to work in so common complaints get resolved on the first call instead of waiting for the owner.

Do you work with our driver contractors directly?

Yes. Drivers call our dispatch line the same way they would call your internal desk. We do not manage their contracts or pay, we keep them moving and log anything you need to know about afterwards.

What if we run more than one brand or market?

That is common. We keep separate greetings, rules and escalation paths per brand or market, and the same agents can cover several boards where the volume allows.

How long does onboarding take?

Days, not weeks. We need DeliverLogic logins, your zones and service windows, your refund and redelivery rules, restaurant escalation contacts, and one call to walk through how you want exceptions handled.
