Your drivers are already on Onfleet. Your customers are still on the phone. Grasp Solutions puts trained human dispatchers inside your existing Onfleet account, so somebody is always watching the map, assigning tasks and picking up the calls your drivers and customers make – at two in the afternoon and at two in the morning.

We are not a software vendor and we are not a bot. We are a dispatch team that logs into the system you already pay for.

What our dispatchers do inside your Onfleet account

The problem this actually solves

Onfleet automates the routing. It does not pick up the phone when a driver is locked out of a loading bay, and it does not calm down a customer whose order is forty minutes late. Most delivery operators end up with an owner or an ops manager doing that job, usually on evenings and weekends, usually badly, because they are doing four other things at the same time.

Handing the console to a dedicated dispatcher does not replace Onfleet. It finishes it.

People, not AI

Every call is answered by a person. We do not run voice bots, we do not use synthetic agents and we do not put a menu tree in front of your drivers. A driver stuck in traffic with a perishable load needs judgement, not a decision tree.

Coverage

We cover all four continental US time zones, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, holidays included. Our operations center runs from Lahore, Pakistan, and our dispatchers are trained specifically on US delivery operations, US addressing and US customer expectations. Take the whole clock, or only the hours you cannot staff: overnight, weekends, holidays, or overflow when your own board is buried.

No migration, no morning data entry

You do not move platforms and you do not change your process. We work inside your Onfleet account under our own named logins, at whatever permission level you choose. Everything we do is already in your system when you open it in the morning, so there is nothing to re-key and nothing to reconcile.

What you are not signing up for

Frequently asked questions

Do you need admin access to our Onfleet account?

No. Dispatcher-level access is enough for most teams. We work with whatever permission set your administrator is comfortable granting, and each of our agents uses a named login so every action is attributable.

Can you handle Onfleet auto-dispatch as well as manual assignment?

Yes. Where your auto-dispatch rules work, we leave them alone and supervise the output. Where a task needs a human decision, such as a key account, an awkward time window or a driver who is already running late, we assign it by hand.

What happens when a delivery fails?

We follow the exception process you give us: contact the recipient, attempt a correction, reschedule or return, then record the outcome against the task in Onfleet with a note explaining what happened and who we spoke to.

How quickly can you start?

Onboarding is usually measured in days rather than weeks. We need your Onfleet logins, your service area and time window rules, your escalation contacts, and one call to walk through how you want exceptions handled.

Do you only dispatch for food delivery?

No. Onfleet is used across grocery, pharmacy, retail, courier and B2B distribution, and we dispatch for all of them. The console is the same; the exception rules differ, and we learn yours.
