Atlanta is built around one very large airport, a ring road and a calendar of conventions, games and concerts. A 5am run from Buckhead to Hartsfield-Jackson, an international arrival at the far side of the airfield and a group heading to a game downtown can all land on the same board. Grasp Solutions provides outsourced dispatch and call answering for Atlanta limousine, black car, taxi and delivery operators, staffed by trained people around the clock and working inside the booking system you already run.

We will be plain about where we are. Our operations center is in Lahore, Pakistan, and our dispatchers work Eastern time hours alongside your fleet. That is what makes real overnight cover possible: the person on your board at 3am Atlanta time is starting a shift, not finishing a double.

What makes dispatch in Atlanta different

  • Two terminals, two meeting points – Domestic and International passengers meet drivers in different places, and the terminals are on opposite sides of the airfield.
  • Traffic sets the clock – a slowdown on the Downtown Connector or I-285 changes every ETA on the board.
  • Convention and event weeks – trade shows, stadium games and concerts put a week of demand into a few days.
  • Corporate travel books early – headquarters and hotel accounts expect a confirmed car for the first flights out.
  • Weather moves the airport – a line of storms ripples through flight times, and passengers need to hear about changes from you first.

What our dispatchers handle

  • Live booking calls – answered in your company name and entered straight into your dispatch platform with pickup, drop, passenger count and flight number.
  • Airport and flight watching – arrivals tracked, pickups moved when flights move, and the passenger told the right terminal and meeting point.
  • Driver support – reassignments, no shows, vehicle problems and the call from a driver who cannot find a passenger.
  • Corporate, hotel and event accounts – standing bookings and account rules handled the way each account expects.
  • Event blocks – grouped transfers for conventions, games and concerts entered and confirmed as a set.

People, not AI

Every call is answered by a person. An international traveler who has just cleared customs, or an assistant moving an executive’s pickup, wants someone who can think, not a menu. Our dispatchers learn your service area, vehicle classes, regular accounts and the terminal, hotel and venue pickup points your drivers actually use. Coverage

Cover runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holiday weekends and the nights when in-house cover is hardest to hold. Choose the full clock, overnight only, weekends only, event weeks only, or overflow behind your own dispatchers at peak hours. Special rates apply to overnight, weekend and holiday only cover.

No migration, no morning data entry

We work in your systems. Our dispatchers are used to Limo Anywhere, Moovs, TaxiCaller, iCabbi and other operator-owned platforms, plus hosted phone queues and shared inboxes. Bookings taken overnight are already in your platform when your day dispatcher logs in.

What you are not signing up for

  • No long term contract. Month to month, and you stop when it stops being useful.
  • No platform switch. We use the dispatch software and phone system you already have.
  • No minimum seat count. Cover one shift, one event week or the whole year.
  • Special rates for overnight, weekend and holiday only cover.

The Atlanta rules your dispatch desk runs into

In Georgia, limousine operators need a limousine carrier certificate from the Georgia Department of Public Safety. New authority starts with a 12-month interim period, each vehicle is inspected every year by a DPS officer, and vehicles carry a front plate showing the operator’s DPS or USDOT number.

At Hartsfield-Jackson, a company must hold an airport Ground Transportation permit before it makes any pickups, and only permitted limousine companies may pick passengers up, although any state-licensed company may drop off at the curb. All limousine service must be arranged in advance. Domestic Terminal passengers meet their driver inside the terminal near the atrium or at the lower-level curb, and International Terminal passengers meet inside at Arrivals or at the arrivals curb.

For a dispatch desk this is practical. Before a car is sent to ATL, whoever is dispatching needs to know the company’s airport permit covers it, which terminal the passenger lands at and which meeting point to send. We keep that on the board, so an overnight dispatcher is not guessing.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in Atlanta?

No. Our operations center is in Lahore, Pakistan, and our dispatchers work Eastern time for Atlanta fleets. The booking platform and phone queue are online, so nothing about the service depends on being in Georgia.

Can you handle international arrivals?

Yes. Flight tracking, customs delays and International Terminal meeting points are part of the desk guide for every airport job.

Can you cover only convention and event weeks?

Yes. Event-week cover is a common way Atlanta operators start, because those are the weeks an unanswered phone costs the most.

How quickly can cover start?

Once we have access to your dispatch platform and a written escalation list, cover is usually live within days.

Dispatch cover in other US cities

If you run vehicles beyond Metro Atlanta, we keep the same desks and the same people on dispatch in New York, Long Island, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Florida (including Orlando, Tampa, Miami and Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville), Houston, Washington DC, Dallas and Boston. Fleets that only need the quiet hours covered usually start with after-hours answering or overflow call handling instead of a full desk.
