- Answer phone bookings and enter them cleanly – address verified, pickup time confirmed, vehicle type, passenger count, notes the driver can act on.
- Supervise auto-dispatch instead of trusting it blindly – watch the offer, reassign when a driver sits on it, force a job when the zone queue jams.
- Run the pre-booked and school or medical contract work – overnight reminders, early morning confirmations, driver chasing before the pickup window closes.
- Balance the zones – move cars toward demand, keep the airport and downtown queues honest, flag when the fleet is genuinely short rather than just badly spread.
- Take the driver calls – address queries, fare disputes, app problems, so drivers stop calling the owner directly at night.

No migration, no morning data entry
You stay on TaxiCaller and you import nothing. We log into your existing account at the permission level you set and work the jobs there. When you open the dashboard in the morning, the night shift is already in the system – jobs, fares, cancellations, notes – so nothing has to be re-keyed and your reporting stays accurate.

Frequently asked questions
Will our drivers know they are talking to an outside team?
They will know they are talking to your dispatch desk, because that is what we are. We use your company name, your zone names and your rules. Most fleets introduce us to drivers on day one so there is no confusion on the radio.
Can you answer our phone line as well as dispatch?
Yes, and that is usually the point. We answer the call, enter the job in TaxiCaller and see it through to drop-off, so there is no handover gap between the booking and the car.
What access do you need?
Dispatcher-level access only. You decide what we can see and change, and you can revoke it at any time. We do not need billing or admin rights to do the work.
Can you cover only nights and weekends?
Yes, and that is how a lot of fleets start. Overnight, weekend-only or holiday-only cover is a normal way to use us, and special rates apply for those shifts.
How long is onboarding?
Usually a few days. We need your zones, your rates and fare rules, your account clients, your driver list and your escalation contacts. We shadow your current dispatcher before we run a shift on our own.
Running more than one system? Plenty of fleets do. We also staff Autocab dispatch and iCabbi, so if you migrate off TaxiCaller later the same team carries on in the new platform.
