Dallas-Fort Worth is two major airports, a metroplex that runs from Fort Worth to Frisco, and a corporate calendar that starts before dawn. A sedan from Las Colinas to DFW at 5am, a Love Field pickup for a Plano client and a wedding party in Uptown can all sit on the same board at once. Grasp Solutions provides outsourced dispatch and call answering for Dallas limousine, black car, taxi and delivery operators, staffed by trained people around the clock and working inside the booking system you already run.

We will be plain about where we are. Our operations center is in Lahore, Pakistan, and our dispatchers work Central time hours alongside your fleet. That is what makes real overnight cover possible: the person on your board at 3am Dallas time is starting a shift, not finishing a double.

What makes dispatch in Dallas different

  • Two airports, two rulebooks – DFW and Love Field are run separately, with their own permits and their own pickup procedures, and a driver sent with the wrong instructions loses time at the curb.
  • The metroplex is wide – a Fort Worth pickup for a Frisco drop is an ordinary booking, so assigning the nearest driver matters more than assigning the next free one.
  • Corporate travel books early – headquarters accounts in Las Colinas, Plano and Uptown expect a confirmed car for the first flight out.
  • Event days stack up – State Fair season, game days in Arlington and big conventions put a week of demand into a few days.
  • Storms move the schedule – severe weather grounds flights and floods roads, and every affected passenger needs a call.

What our dispatchers handle

  • Live booking calls – answered in your company name and entered straight into your dispatch platform with pickup, drop, passenger count and flight number.
  • Airport and flight watching – DFW and Love Field arrivals tracked, pickups moved when flights move, and the passenger told before they ask.
  • Driver support – reassignments, no shows, vehicle problems and the call from a driver who cannot find a passenger.
  • Corporate and recurring accounts – standing bookings and account rules for corporate, hotel and event clients handled the way each account expects.
  • Event and game-day blocks – grouped transfers for conventions, concerts and games entered and confirmed as a set.

People, not AI

Every call is answered by a person. An executive assistant moving a pickup twice before a board meeting, or a traveler whose flight just diverted, needs someone who can think, not a menu. Our dispatchers learn your service area, vehicle classes, regular accounts and the terminals, garages and hotel entrances your drivers actually use. For where AI answering helps and where it breaks on a dispatch line, see our guide to AI phone answering systems vs human dispatchers.

Coverage

Cover runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holiday weekends and the nights when in-house cover is hardest to hold. Choose the full clock, overnight only, weekends only, event weeks only, or overflow behind your own dispatchers at peak hours. Special rates apply to overnight, weekend and holiday only cover.

No migration, no morning data entry

We work in your systems. Our dispatchers are used to Limo Anywhere, Moovs, TaxiCaller, iCabbi and other operator-owned platforms, plus hosted phone queues and shared inboxes. Bookings taken overnight are already in your platform when your day dispatcher logs in.

What you are not signing up for

  • No long term contract. Month to month, and you stop when it stops being useful.
  • No platform switch. We use the dispatch software and phone system you already have.
  • No minimum seat count. Cover one shift, one event week or the whole year.
  • Special rates for overnight, weekend and holiday only cover.

The Dallas rules your dispatch desk runs into

Inside the city, limousine and sedan companies need Transportation-for-Hire operating authority from the City of Dallas Transportation Regulation Division, and under Chapter 47A of the City Code each vehicle needs its own permit and each driver a driver permit. Operators serving Love Field or DFW must also follow each airport’s own rules.

DFW issues its own company, driver and vehicle permits under the DFW Board’s Code of Rules, and since May 2026 those applications are made online. At Love Field, limousine service must be prearranged, and passengers follow the terminal signs to the south end of Parking Garage B, Level 1, to meet their driver.

For a dispatch desk this is practical. Before a car is sent to either airport, whoever is dispatching needs to know that vehicle and driver hold the right permits, and which meeting instruction to send the passenger. We keep both on the board, so an overnight dispatcher is not guessing.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in Dallas?

No. Our operations center is in Lahore, Pakistan, and our dispatchers work Central time for Dallas-Fort Worth fleets. The booking platform and phone queue are online, so nothing about the service depends on being in Texas.

Can you cover both DFW and Love Field?

Yes. Your desk guide records the permits each vehicle holds and the passenger instructions for each airport, and dispatchers follow it on every airport job.

Can you cover only early mornings and overnight?

Yes. Many operators start with 10pm to 7am, when first-flight airport runs are confirmed and late arrivals come in.

How quickly can cover start?

Once we have access to your dispatch platform and a written escalation list, cover is usually live within days.

Dispatch cover in other US cities

If you run vehicles beyond Dallas-Fort Worth, we keep the same desks and the same people on dispatch in New York, Long Island, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Florida (including Orlando, Tampa, Miami and Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville), Houston, Washington DC, Boston and Atlanta. Fleets that only need the quiet hours covered usually start with after-hours answering or overflow call handling instead of a full desk.
