Since 2015 we have run dispatch and call center desks for transportation companies in the United States from our office in Lahore Cantt. New team members train on the software and client rules before taking live calls, and a supervisor is on the floor every shift. All our call center work is inbound: no cold calling and no sales targets.
Our dispatchers and agents work US hours from Lahore, and we make time for the team too. Every week we play box cricket, GRASP Titans vs GRASP Warriors, and we post the highlights on our own YouTube channel. We also celebrate birthdays and team events together.
