Yes. We learn your vehicle classes, zone and hourly rates, minimums, wait time rules and gratuity policy during onboarding, and we quote from them rather than guessing. Anything outside the rules comes to you for approval.
Do you take reservations as well as dispatch?
Yes, and that is where most of the value is. We answer in your company name, take the booking, build it in Limo Anywhere and follow it through to drop-off, so there is no gap between the call and the car.
How do you handle a delayed inbound flight at 3am?
We track the flight, move the pickup, tell the driver before they leave home, and message the passenger so they land to a confirmation rather than a missing car. That is exactly the hour this service exists for.
Can you farm out to affiliates when we are fully booked?
Yes, to the affiliate list you give us and on the terms you set. We place the job, confirm the vehicle and keep the record on your reservation so the client never sees the seam.
How quickly can you start?
