Grasp Solutions has run dispatch for US transportation companies since 2015. As a taxi dispatcher, you answer passenger calls in the taxi company’s name, book rides and send the nearest driver, all inside the company’s own dispatch software.
If you speak good English and stay calm when every line is ringing, we will teach you the rest.

Full-time: 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. Our clients are in the United States, so shifts follow US time. Most work is in the evening and overnight in Pakistan.
